MOVE UP SUNDAY

Our 10-step Leadership Nomination Process spans 7 months and is designed to help us prayerfully find, inform, affirm, and ordain men who are gifted and qualified to serve as Elders and Deacons at FCC.

Nomination forms — Green for Deacons and Yellow for Elders — will be available in the foyer beginning this Sunday, June 7. Forms are intended to assist our active adult members in considering the Scriptural qualifications and must be completed in full and signed. Completed forms may be returned to the drop box at the Welcome Desk.

Elders eligible for re-nomination:
David Baysinger, Jeff Emmert, Jim Keen, Clay Haviland, and Edward Allen

Deacons eligible for re-nomination:
Dan Moreland, Jason Jones, and Brady Moss

The final day to submit nominations is Sunday, June 21.

Please be in prayerful deliberation throughout this important process.

MOVE UP SUNDAY

Move Up Sunday is June 14th! Kids entering 6th grade will move up and join the regular Sunday service and kids entering kindergarten will begin to attend KidZone rather than WeeKidz! If you have any questions about kids moving up, please contact Jon Rhoades (jrhoades@fccbrazil.org)

ICE CREAM SOCIAL

Please join us on Sunday, June 14, from 5:00–8:00 PM for an Ice Cream Social under the awning, hosted by the Women’s Ministry and Student Ministry!

Enjoy a fun evening of fellowship, sweet treats, and activities for all ages, including cornhole, a blind ice cream tasting challenge, and more to keep everyone entertained.

We hope to see you there!

THE JAMES METHOD

Have you ever felt like you were doing just enough to look like a Christian, but not truly growing in your relationship with Christ? Instead of feeling stuck, confused, or distracted....imagine your quiet time becoming the most grounded and meaningful part of your day.

Join Robin Stevens for one evening on July 7 from 6:30–8:00pm to learn The James Method, a simple and intentional way to study scripture through verse mapping. Discover practical tools to deepen your understanding of God’s Word and strengthen your walk with Christ.

“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” — James 4:8

Mission Trip to Honduras

Praise the Lord!
We’re overjoyed to share that everyone who participated in the recent mission trip to Honduras has returned home safely—and already, their hearts are stirred to go back! The team made a meaningful impact during their time there, serving faithfully and bringing glory to God in all they did.

Mark your calendars!
The next mission trip to Honduras is scheduled for July 11–18, 2026. If you feel called to be a part of this incredible opportunity to serve, stay tuned—there will be an informational meeting in September.

Let’s continue to lift up the people of Honduras and the seeds planted during this trip.
